The Pharmatrade Biomedical Service Division, located in Dubai Investment Park 2 (DIP2), is dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality technical support for medical and laboratory equipment across the UAE. Our services include preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency repairs, calibration, technical support, and equipment performance and compliance checks, ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Our team consists of certified and highly trained biomedical engineers and technicians, operating from a dedicated 10,580.9 sq.ft facility and supported by calibrated test equipment, dedicated spare-parts resources, and a responsive customer service and hotline team.

To ensure rapid support and minimize equipment downtime, we have dedicated service engineers strategically located across most Emirates, enabling us to respond quickly and attend customer sites promptly whenever an emergency service request is received.
